When one predator is consuming three prey characters at the same time. This tag only concerns prey that are penetrating or partially_inside/almost_fully_inside a singular predator. Three predators eating one prey each is not three_prey_at_once. Three prey already consumed by one predator is also not three_prey_at_once.
