A penis that has the appearance of a standard human phallus.

Humanoid penises are cylindrically shaped and have a bulbous structure at the end of them called a "glans"; they are sometimes referred to as having a "mushroom" shape. Humanoid penises on anthropomorphic characters may have unusual colorings like red, blue, or purple, or have a color that matches the character's body. Occasionally some of them may strangely have scale or even fur patterns.

Human penises naturally have a foreskin that covers the glans when flaccid, though many penises have had this completely or partially removed (circumcised). Hybrid humanoid penises are often drawn in a way were a foreskin doesn't make sense (though one may still be present anyways) or with insufficient detail to tell how much if any has been removed, and should be tagged with neither tag.

Ideally, this tag should be used for:

• Human, anthro, and feral characters with humanoid penises.
• Posts with a disembodied penis (or multiple disembodied penises) that are humanoid in form, but not necessarily belonging to a human or humanoid.
• Hybrid penises that are based on a humanoid penis, including those emerging from a sheath or slit.
