This tag is used for images where artificial intelligence software, such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and DALL·E, was used to modify an image that was otherwise produced by a human being (drawn, painted, modeled, et cetera).

AI images, where the main human involvement was writing a prompt for the software to use to generate an image (without significant original human-made artwork), are not allowed on e621/e926 per our uploading guidelines. This includes images with visibly AI generated foreground elements.
