When a micro character is anthro. Do not tag if the smaller character is normal sized and the larger character is macro.
Posts tagged micro_anthro should often be tagged smaller_anthro if there are other characters in the image. You may also wish to tag smaller_male/smaller_female, and tag the larger character (larger anthro/feral/female/male).
