A character with a finger resting on their tongue, usually a seductive/suggestive or flirtatious gesture.

Not to be confused with...

• finger lick — if a character is actively licking, or appears to have their finger on their tongue for the purposes of licking off a substance, use finger lick instead
• finger in mouth — not all instances of a finger in a character's mouth involve the finger visibly resting on the tongue
