Using one's belly to suffocate someone, the smothered character's face, head, or even entire body being completely covered or "encased" by the belly of the smothering character, the smothered character showing discomfort or even fear, dialogue implying or explicitly stating that the character is being asphyxiated or is/will lack oxygen when under the other character's belly. Belly smothering may be consensual or non-consensual, but due to the nature of it, is hard to tell.
