One of the two default Sandbox-mode maps from Garry's Mod, being almost ubiquitous with the game itself, as it has been in the game almost since launch.
It is generally very simple, and features a mostly square lot, a hill, a pool, and a few sparse skyscrapers; with a cloudy skybox and grass in the distance.
