When eyes are present as a physical organ on wings.
The eyes can be a natural part of the wing, as if the wings were born with eyes; Or the eyes can be a built-in part of the wing, in case of non-organic wings.

For tagging purposes, it's applicable for any media where a wing has eyes in it, or eyes attached to it.
The wing doesn't have to be attached to a character. Think of blibically accurate angels for example.

Do not tag if

• The eyes present on the wings are just drawings or static objects that resemble eyes, like stickers or googly eyes .
• The eyes present on the wings are just splattered guts from a situation involving gore.
