Character: rainbow the clown
Rainbow the Clown is a minor character who appears in The Powerpuff Girls. He is a clown who entertains children at parties. Mr. Mime is his alter ego and an antagonist in the episode Mime for a Change, in which he is made colorless and evil as a result of making contact with a bleach spill. Rainbow is voiced by Tom Kenny.
