Odahviing (Dovah for Winged Snow Hunter) is a red wyvern-like Dragon and aid of the Dragonborn (aka Dovahkiin) in The Elder Scrolls:Skyrim

He is encountered by the Dragonborn in Whiterun after he shouts his name (shouting a dragons name often means a challenge). It is then that Odahviing is forced to land after getting inflicted by Dragonrend, and is eventually captured through the use of an ancient trap that was once used to capture and kill a dragon in Whiterun several hundred years ago.

Odahviing offers his aid by transporting the Dragonborn to the secret location which hold a portal to Sovngarde in exchange for his freedom. The Dragonborn accepts and frees Odahviing, who keeps his word flies him to Skuldafn, where the portal is located in.

After the Dragonborn defeats Alduin, Odahviing swears his life in Dragonborns service, and claims that he will help aid him in battle whenever he can.

He was voiced by Charles Dennis.
