When a character has an orgasm without ejaculating. This can happen due to the character ejaculating enough times beforehand that they run out of semen, the orgasm not being powerful enough to stimulate ejaculation, the orgasm not stimulating the specific muscles used in ejaculation (such as in a prostate orgasm sometimes), or the character not being physically mature enough to produce semen. It’s typically shown with facial expressions such as an orgasm face, a pleasurable moan/scream, and/or genitalia twitching.
