Not to be confused with:

• hand_mouth - when their hand has just a mouth opening somewhere on their hand, often on the palm (but they are still hands and it's not a full head).

• head_arms - when they have a set of arms coming out of their head
• ear_hands - when they have hands on the ends of their ears
• hair_hand - when their hair forms into a hand
