Thrusting is when a character swings their hips or pelvis (hence pelvic thrust), in such a way that whatever they are thrusting propels forward and backward, usually in a sexual manner. One can generally tell when a character is thrusting if there is some kind of graphical effect near a characters waist, like "speed" lines or motion blur.
