Character: scp-106

SCP-106, a.k.a., The Old Man and Corporal Lawrence is a Keter-Class Anomalous Humanoid Entity and one of the older and more famous written characters.

The Old Man is a French Veteran who fought in the Trenches of World War 1. When he was a young soldier, he was one of the only surviving members of his squad of about 18 men who had all mysteriously disappeared into an anomalous hole after getting the disease known as "Trench Foot". After the experience, Larry gained the appearance and abilities that lead him to be labeled as a Keter-Class object.

SCP-106 appears to be an elderly humanoid, with a general appearance of advanced decomposition. This appearance may vary, but the “rotting” quality is observed in all forms. SCP-106 is not exceptionally agile, and will remain motionless for days at a time, waiting for prey. SCP-106 is also capable of scaling any vertical surface and can remain suspended upside down indefinitely. When attacking, SCP-106 will attempt to incapacitate prey by damaging major organs, muscle groups, or tendons, then pull disabled prey into its pocket dimension which resembles the WW1 Trenches.

SCP-106's secondary anomalous trait is the secretion of a highly corrosive mucus from his body, which it can use to walk through wall and sink through ceiling or corrode humans and various other materials.

SCP-106 is also an extremely intelligent, sadistic, and patient hunter who enjoys targeting young men to torture and kill with his corrosion within his pocket dimension. SCP-106's ability to destroy anything with his corrosion and casually walk through walls, combined with his inherently conniving and dangerous nature is the reason for his rating.
