Running is a quick form of transportation. Similar to walking, running incorporates the use of the legs to move a body from one point to another. However, running is faster than walking and usually involves the body being completely in the air at certain times. Images that show running will most likely show one leg in front of another with one leg in the air. The legs will be at a greater angle from perpendicular to the ground than walking so that a greater distance is achieved.
