Francis is the mascot of Full Frontal Frog, the studio behind Oh So Hero! While not officially part of the game, he makes an appearance at the end of the public Pre Edition & Pre Edition II demos to get players to support development.

He is depicted as a short and portly green and white frog with rosey cheeks, sharply dressed wearing a black Tailcoat and a white waistcoat with a red bowtie and black bowler hat. He is never seen wearing pants or underwear, proudly displaying humanoid cock and balls for the world to see. Francis is often depicted holding a black umbrella and old fashioned suitcase covered in stamps.

He speaks in an old fashioned, high society, British Dialect.
