A sup-component of the male genital_exam similar to testicular_exam where the doctor cups their patient's scrotum and (if dialogue is present) may ask them to turn their head and cough. This will often look the same as ball_fondling or ball_grabbing (and should be tagged as such) that is done to a patient by a doctor or nurse in a doctor's office or hospital.

Due to their similarity images which contain a testicular_exam will often also be tagged with hernia_check. Testicular exams that are not also hernia checks are testicular exams where it is visually clear that the contents of the scrotum are being felt or inspected individually rather than the entire scrotum being cupped from below. Images that contain a testicular exam which clearly isn't a hernia check should avoid the hernia check tag. If there is any ambiguity err on the side of including hernia_check.
