Prostate milking refers to the act of inserting something into the anus with the purpose of stimulating the prostate for the purposes of immediate ejaculation and gratuitous semen harvesting. This is usually accomplished by inserting fingers, a large phallic object, or an electrified object to activate the prostate's nerves and possibly stimulating the penis as well.
