Whispy is a character created by the artist/animator/gamemaker: doggie_bones and their boyfriend. Whispy is their boyfriend's fursona as well as the protagonist of the game Happy Heart Hell and is the co-protagonist of the game's successor Happy Heart Panic .

Whispy is depicted as an anthropomorphic fox with dark pink or lavender fur and white contrast. He has long black hair, pouty lips, a short, bushy, dipstick tail that constantly droops; striped ears, and a black thick, and short humanoid penis with plump balls. Whispy is a goth femboy, often depicted wearing dark eyeshadow and lipgloss, a black croptop, black sleeves, fingerless gloves, a black g-string, black skinny jeans with a spiked belt, and leather thigh-high boots.

He has a very girly physique, with wide hips, a slender frame, a short stature, long eyelashes, and a bubble butt. In game(s) he is seen as very attractive to both males and females who will stop at nothing to make him their sexual plaything. When he is captured he sometimes undergoes a major appearance and personality changes, such as crossdressing, wearing diapers, or turning into an eager female bimbo.

Personality wise, Whispy comes off as a "Big Tiddy Goth Girl"/Tsundere. Despite the many sexually perverse situations he finds himself in, he makes it very clear that he is not into or pleased with the situation and would rather be anywhere else but there. Still, that does not stop him from doing what he has to do to survive, or if circumstances demand it help and save his friends.
