Morathi is a character from Warhammer Fantasy Battle. She is the Queen-Mother of the Druchii (or Dark Elves) and a powerful sorceress (and considered one of the most powerful magic-users in the setting)

She is the second wife of the first Phoenix King, Aenarion, and mother of Malekith, the Witch-King of Naggaroth and ruler of the Dark Elves.

She is present in warhammer: Age of Sigmar as a Demi-God, now taking the form of a winged half-elf and half-serpent monstrosity (which she hides by shape-shifting into her beautiful Elven form)
