Character: anput
Anput (alternatively, Anupet, Input, Inpewt, and Yineput) is an Ancient Egyptian deity, the wife and/or female counterpart to Anubis and mother of Kebechet. (Her name is literally the feminine form of Anubis' original Egyptian name, Anpu/Inpu + t.)
The patron god of the seventeenth nome (district) of Upper Egypt, Anput is likewise the guardian of Osiris' body, and features in a statue triad of the Pharaoh Menkaure alongside Hathor. She is commonly depicted as a pregnant or nursing jackal, a jackal wielding knives, or a woman whose headdress bears a jackal recumbent on a feather; unlike Anubis, traditional depictions of Anput as a jackal-headed woman are rare.
