herm on anthro

For use on pictures where there are sexual actions and/or mating behavior between a herm character (such as feral, human or humanoid) and an anthro character. This includes: penetration, fingering, oral, kissing, cuddling, hand holding, dating, etc so long as one individual is herm and involved with an anthro.

However, this does not apply if both involved are of the same form, such as anthro on anthro or feral on feral
