Cum from navel should be used on images where a character has cum spurting out of their navel. It's implied that there has been so much cum deposited while engaging in anal penetration or vaginal penetration (or even oral sex) that it has completely filled the insides of the character, and is searching for an escape. Naturally, this is impossible in real life, as the navel is not an orifice, nor is it connected to the uterus or digestive system. It is merely a connection for the umbilical blood vessels of unborn babies and those are closed a week or so after birth.
