Eternamax Eternatus is the special Gigantamax form of Eternatus. It acts as the penultimate boss of Pokémon Sword and Shield, fought in a Max Raid Battle alongside Zacian and Zamazenta. It also appears when using Eternatus's second signature move, Eternabeam.

It is the largest known Pokémon at a height of 328'1" (100m), and has the highest base stat total of any Pokémon at 1125; however, it cannot be used in-game.

In this form, Eternatus's body elongates into a spiral structure with its core in the center, and its head becomes a gigantic claw that extends downward. It emanates infinite amounts of energy from its core, and its very existence warps the surrounding space-time.

It is presumably the embodiment, if not the cause, of the "Darkest Day" that previously befell the Galar region.
