Puro is a major character in the indie RPG Maker adventure game Changed, which was developed by DragonSnow. Being one of the only living latex creatures that is not immediately hostile to the player, Puro aids and accompanies the protagonist in his exploration of the lab. He resembles a tall male wolf with black 'fur' which is really just a dense and soft form of latex. Like all other dark latex creatures, he wears a white mask on his face and has glowing white eyes with black sclera. Due to this, he is near-indistinguishable from other dark latex wolves, save for his large bushy tail.

A failed experiment of the genetic experiments done to save humankind from a deadly virus, a young Puro witnessed the riot that allowed all of the living latex creatures to run amok in the lab transforming everyone in their path. Overcoming the instinctual desires of his species, he instead became curious and compassionate toward humans, wanting to learn as much as he could about them. When they meet in Changed, Puro is fascinated with the protagonist and is eager to speak with him, being one of the only creatures in the facility that can speak. The various endings of the game are unlocked by interacting enough with Puro, representing a strengthening of the bond between himself and the protagonist.
