thawb
A thawb (also known as either a dishdasha, jalabiyyah/jubbah, kandura, khamiis, or thobe) is an ankle-length Arabian garment, usually with long sleeves, similar to a robe. It is commonly worn in the Arabian Peninsula, Iraq and neighbouring Arab countries as it is clothing best suited for the arid environment. It is often paired with a shemagh, a headdress made of a scarf.
