The hexclops is a fictional species created by pasteldaemon (NSFW blog). They are a kind of demon that share common ancestry with succubi/incubi, named after the fact that they possess six eyes in total.

The species are manavores, who's physical body is created from mana. They gain sustenance from ambient magic in the atmosphere or from food that has been grown or raised in mana-rich environments. They can devour food that humans eat just fine, but they gain no nutritional value from it if there is no mana present.

Being creatures who's bodies are made from mana, they possess magical abilities, relating to time and space in some form or fashion; an area of magic that seems to be theirs alone. In the lore of the species, each hexclops is able to bear at least one magical ability, restricted to only that one ability. At the same time, no other hexclops can possess the ability of that hexclops until they become deceased. Only then can it appear in another hexclops.
It is worth noting that only 10% of the species' population has more than one ability. However, none possess more than three distinct abilities at any given time.

Hexclopses are characterised by posessing very large hands, six eyes, with three always present on their face, and floating tail(s) and horns. They also have markings on their wrists, ankles, horns and tail(s), all unique to the hexclops bearing them. The horns also tend to have a unique shape to them, having a significant amount of variation per hexclops. For males, it is also observed that their shapes can take mild variations in shape, but females' tails always stay the same set of three tails regrading shape and proportional size.

The males and females have significant differences to tell them apart. Males are very tall, averaging about 7 to 8 feet tall and having one eye located on each forearm, and one eye on their singular, proportionally large tail. Females, on the other hand, average around 5 feet and 8-10 inches, and possess three tails with an eye present on each tail.
