This tag is used when someone is flying or hovering on a broom. Most commonly, this is a witch but not always.

Simply having a broom between one's legs isn't broom riding, the character should appear to be flying or hovering in some respect. Of course, it's not hard to 'fake' it, and the broom being non-magical is no reason to not tag broom_riding.
