Donald Virgil "Don" Bluth (born September 13, 1937) is a famous and well renouned animator, director, producer, writer, designer, etc within the animaiton as well as the video game industry. He is well known for directing critically acclaimed animated films with an iconic toony style, such as An American Tail and The Land Before Time. He is also well known for his few fully animated LaserDisc arcade games which were impressive on a technical level for their time. He was often an avid competitor against Disney, which he was formerly employed to.
