Tagged when a character grows a new tail. May involve clothing being torn (usually pants) in the process, with the character looking back to see their tail grow. Posts tagged with tail_growth are almost always affiliated with transformations.
In the rare cases where an existing tail grows bigger, use the tail_expansion tag instead.
