The penis (also known as cock, dick, dong and other terms) is the most visible part of the male genitalia. It has the purpose of transferring sexual fluids (semen) and expelling urine. It is the male homologue of the female clitoris.
For any form of activity relating to or affecting the penis, please consider tagging with penile.
- The penis should only be tagged when it is directly visible as per the TWYS policy.
- If the penis is not visible but the activity relating to or affecting the penis is clearly visible, consider using penile or the other related tags instead.
- If the penis is not visible but its outline is discernible through clothes, use penis_outline instead. And, if the outline is not visible and there is merely a bulge, tag bulge instead.
- The penis tag may apply to males, as well as herms and gynomorphs wherever clearly visible. However, it must not be confused with pseudo-penis, which is either a kind of elongated clitoris or a natural reversible prolapse of a cloaca (bird specific).
- Please follow the how to guide for tagging genders and use the applicable lore tags for characters who have a penis, but whose defined gender does not match their apparent gender under the TWYS policy.
