A prolific Japanese kemono doujinshi artist with a venerable publication history dating as far back as 1994. His style predominantly consists of cute/chubby (and occasionally young) characters, with a significant proportion of explicit male/male depictions.

Frequently featuring reincarnation/rebirth/past life themes, his romance stories are sometimes multi-work series spanning several dedicated publications or spread over different anthology entries over the years.

Some notable story settings/subplots include:
- Haruneko (2009--2012), a trilogy portraying Shinobu and Haru’s fateful encounter and tribulations spanning three dedicated volumes.
- Pleiades (2014--ongoing), a series with action-thriller backdrop around the mysterious Pleiades Corporation’s artificial persons and subversion of their mental programming with the power of love.
- the Zanjyuro setting (2008--ongoing), stories around members of Zangoose construction crew lead by Zanjyuro (affectionately referred to as Boss), a retired Special Rescue Operative, and their exploits.
- On This Lovely Sunny Day (1997--ongoing), a slice-of-life series depicting a variety of couples relations in the class for which Maina serves as the class-chair. This is the main story setting with many of Chibineco's earliest characters, and are shown to be in the same universe as several other works such as Haruneko.
