Dino Squad: Ms. Moynihan vs. Victor Veloci

Decided to do these to together because they are archenemies and I wanted to get this overwith. Moynihan and Veloci were two "velociraptors" who survived the Createous mass extinction and mutated at some point, giving them the ability to turn in to humans. Moynihan joined the humans and became a high school biology teacher. Veloci meanwhile strived to return the world back to how it was like during the Mesozoic era by developing his primodiral ooze and accelerating global warming.

These two are probably my favorite characters in Dino Squad. I like the idea of two near immoral shapeshifting beings starting out as the two survivors only to drift apart in a new world. It's a pretty cool concept that Dino Squad didn't really do much with outside of the final episode where we get to see Ms. Moynihan go dino for the first and only time in the series outside of scant flashbacks and we get a pretty cool stand off between her and Veloci. I actually wish that Dino Squad could have continued if only for more moments like it.

I based Moynihan off of an actual velociraptor and Veloci after a dromeaosaurus, just for the irony. But I really wanted to keep the original looks for them. For Veloci mostly in his skull shape and Moynihan and her patterns.
