Dino Squad: Max

The first in my series of character redesigns from the 2007 cartoon, Dino Squad. The show follows a group of teenagers who gain the ability to turn into dinosaurs. They fight the mutant dinosaurs the show's villain, Victor Veloci, a velociraptor who survived the KT mass extinction, gained the ability to turn into a human, and in the modern day is the head of a massive company with a private army and regularly spills his primordal ooze which can turn humans and animals into dinosaurian mutants while he tries to accelerate global warming to bring about the second coming of the Mesozoic. Dino Squad was not a good show. Not god awful why does this exist but in there are alot of far better or far worst shows out there. With a synopsis like I just described above, any attempt at scientific accuracy expected for the show is thrown out the window. In art style and premise, plus the attempt at pro-environmental morals, gives Dino Squad the feel and look of a 90s cartoon despite coming out a decade after. I do think fondly of the show though, a combination of nostalgia of watching this when I was a kid and I kinda love the ridiculous premise. Now onto Max himself. He was leader of the Dino Squad, turned into a green and brown tyrannosaurus, and is a sterotypical high school jock. That's about as much as I can say about him.

My goal with this series is to update each of the Dino Squad's, as well as the villain's, dinosaur forms. Make them more accurate to what we now know or even knew back in 2007! I might also change what kind of dinosaurs each character turns into.
