And if successful, it makes the pangs of hunger disappear just as well. ;)
A wonderful, and somewhat surprising commission from shinigamigirl in which a great deal of artistic liberty was extended. She wanted to try out a winter scene using my character, and I let her knock herself out! Smokepaw, for those not familiar with him, is of Native American descent; Lenni Lenape (Delaware) tribe. The dress seen here is Shin's personal interpretation of historical period costume from the pre-Columbian era... She took some artistic license with the details, but even in the coldest of winter, breechclout, leggings, cape and a fur pelt were the extent of clothing worn. Hardy people!
At least Smoke has the benefit of a nice fur coat of his own!
