Because of Dino’s incontinence, his urges to pee hit him at the most inconvenient times, like during the middle of a diaper change.

Grovyle Dino was a little special - he suffered from urinary incontinence and so he often wore diapers. Today he was going to change the diaper himself. Taking off the old one, he pulled out some wipes to wipe his crotch, and at that moment he felt a strong urge to pee.
