In chapter 47-48 of A Man in a Beasts World, Yuki got beat up by a squad because she was friends with Chris. Chris heard something and went to check it out, only to find Yuki sitting on the floor, battered and bruised. Later, Mika comes in and see's Chris next to Yuki, covered in bruises. She believes Chris hurt Yuki and went ballistic on her. Yuki frantically explains that Chris didn't do it and said another squad did it. Mika was surprised, let Chris go, and went to go beat the hell out of the squad leader. Afterwards, she came back, seeing Chris breathing with an oxygen tank (thanks to the cancer after inhaling the purple gas), felt guilty and apologized to her.
