Don Karnage finds a genie that grants his every wish, but which only last for about a day (and never turns out right). He also learns that Baloo is apparently shipping some gems, but he doesn't know where or when. To find out, he decides to have the genie change his form so that he can spy on Baloo. He orders the genie to change him into someone who Baloo would "want to be close to", so that it will be easier to spy on him, and who no one would suspect is actually him. Unfortunately, the genie ends up changing Karnage into an incredibly sexy lady (someone that any guy would want to be close to) and transports him, or should I say her, to where Baloo is, which is at Louie's Place, at the time when they are having a single's night, and Karnage finds herself in a bar filled with drunk and horny party animals who assume her to be a hooker!

(Moral of the story: When you're making a wish to a genie, be "absolutely" specific in your wording!)
