Seems it's a character type rather than any particular race or species. I'd argue that prehensile dicks fall under it entirely.

Seconded.
I remember seeing demons and such that have a snakecock, and they're definitely not LGD. So the snakedick/snake_penis → living_gasm_drive implication should either be removed or reversed.

Not sure. It does seem to fit the current images, but I imagine that it'd be possible to draw a snake penis that isn't prehensile..
