The suffix isn't formatted correctly (it should be neck_stump_(on_body)), and it doesn't make much sense the way it's worded.

For neck_stump(on_head), there's only ever been 1 post with it, made by user kubihazusaikou.

There's only 14 posts for neck_stump(on_body), and they were all added by the same user, kubihazusaikou.

I'd say manually removing the tags & telling kubihazusaikou to stop would be better, unless there's an agreement that this distinction is actually useful, in which case I'd argue for manually updating the tags & telling them to use the correct formatting.

Yeah, I created the BUR to see if anybody has better alternatives for the tags, since I am not that well-acquainted with the stump tags.
As far as I can tell, neck_stump could be vague as well (e.g., stump on the "head" end or "body" end?).

I feel like neck_stump(on_head) should just be severed_head.

I manually moved it.

Considering how infrequently there will be a severed neck segment that's not attached to a severed head, I'd say severed_head should replace neck_stump where relevant & neck_stump should solely refer to the body's. Either that or use beheaded_corpse or beheaded_body as the inverse.
