Reason: Slight update of forum #460638 to make request more in line with other ambiguous tags. Had to remake the request because it was causing an error and wouldn't allow me to update the original.

Milestone is used for too many different reasons. Mainly either:

• A meta tag for posts celebrating a milestone reached (such as an artist celebrating reaching a follower milestone) which already has its own tag (milestone_celebration).
• For "interaction goal" type posts ("Reach a certain number of likes or reposts for something to happen", such as strip_game) which also has its own tags (donation_drive, interaction_drive, growth_drive, etc.)
• And some have nothing to do with the post, but rather got tagged after for an e6 milestone (such as post #420 on this site) which also has its own tag (funny_post_number).

This tag is too ambigous to be of any practial use in a way that another tag isn't already doing and should be disambiguated.
