Hm, so the common name I see for the facial version is flower_mouth. If this is a common-enough feature (or there's at least two or more examples of this from different artists) maybe something like flower-tipped_penis or flower-head_penis? Idk, neither sound great. Petaled_genitals?

I feel like Petaled_genitals is not clear enough, cause im pretty sure ive seen some fetish stuff where the furry genitals was CUT into shape of a flower. but yea this is an interesting one
