Reason: Part 1 of a two-stage BUR to move the sex toy penetration tags over to the more widely used <thing>_insertion format.

The insertion tags fill the same role since they require a character to be penetrated by a sex toy.

Part 2 will add the following alias and implication:

alias dildo_penetration -> dildo_insertion
imply dildo_knotting -> dildo_insertion

Sorry if I am a bit lost with the current consensus, but is there now an effort to revive insertion?
The last discussion I know about was topic #27854 and I recall there was a big move to do quite the opposite a long time ago.

If there is a desire to move dildos and strapons specifically to penetration, they can be flipped as part of a later set of BURs. These penetration tags were currently just stragglers out of the more-tagged insertion variants, so the alias and implication swap is just moving them to the more-used versions. I have no qualms with moving them back later, but they need to be aliased to one or the other for now for searchability pending a decision on that.
