the character is called Bieniao Gou (bieniao_gou) which is added in the tags

however i can't seem to get this tag listed as a character tag (should be green in color)

if anybody could help get the (bieniao_gou) tag categorized as a character tag it would be very much appreciated

Done. For future reference, all you need do is click the ? beside the tag, which will take you to another page (the wiki page if it's filled out, which is optional). On this page, go to the top and hit "Edit Tag Type", which will take you to another page where you can change the tag's category.
