There's gentle sex. But it's a bit more general than what you're describing. However adding tag like size difference, large penis can capture the missing parts

This would probably be too niche or rare to be useful. It would work better as a set first if you'd like to save posts like that into a collection.
If you manage to find a lot of posts with the same feature, you can come back to the forum again and showcase your curated set as a way to introduce this as a potential new tag.
