Reason: I noticed that Nova has a copytag for their characters, but it's not comprehensive or consistently applied. These implications should mostly fix that. I've included all characters identified as Nova's by tags, description, or source text, though there are still three that I couldn't verify.

EDIT: Seems like this alias has already come up in topic #56592
Base on the conversation there their application hasn't actually been accepted yet, so this should be good to alias for the time being (it can always be unaliased then implicated in the future should their application be approved)

From what's said there, they're simply thinking about applying, but haven't even started the process. Definitely don't think we should hold up invalidating commissioner/character owner tags just because they've thought about trademarking their name and getting legal recognition for their setting/characters as part of said trademark, else we likely wouldn't be aliasing away many commisioner/owner tags (who hasn't thought about getting legal protection for their name and ideas they've commissioned, only to put it off indefinitely because of procrastination and/or the involved costs and work).
