remove alias chubby_ass (0) -> big_butt (421796)
remove alias chubby_semi-anthro (2) -> semi-anthro (34291)

Reason: These two aliases create annoying clutter when typing in chub to get the slightly_chubby_* tags the fastest when either searching or adding tags. It's because these two are always at the top since their aliases are incredibly common tags. If need be, the tags can be invalidated but I really doubt that need for that*

*In the past 4 years, both tags combined have only ever been used 5 times.
