Seems too granular and inconsistent especially because different countries have different police uniforms
We could also just manually add police_hat & hat_only to the 2 posts tagged with police_hat_only & obliterate this insanely niche tag altogether.
Edit:
Turns out both already had police_hat & 1 already had hat_only. They now both have police_hat & hat_only, & 0 posts have police_hat_only.
