Reason: Currently, most of the furry-specific piercings do not have a pierced_ prefix version. When talking about a character having a piercing in plain English, you would either use the construction "They have a <part> piercing" or "They have a pierced <part>". Only the former is reflected in the tags right now, so a user who tags pierced_ and sees nothing may assume that there is no valid pierced_<part> tag and not try the other way around. Most of these have not been tagged before or have only been tagged a small number of times, so this BUR is proactive. Also included is a prefixed version for clitoral_hood_piercing so the more narrow subtag has the same aliases as the broader tag.
