create alias viewed_from_above (183) -> high-angle_view (27506)
create alias viewed_from_below (4) -> low-angle_view (59122)
Reason: Somewhat populated tags for concepts already covered.

honestly, maybe reverse it?
it might just be me, but every time I see high-angle_view or low-angle_view in a tag list I need to do mental processing to figure out if the tag's correct or not. to me "low-angle" sounds like it'd mean that the view angle is low, i.e. some significant amout below the horizon, and "high-angle" would mean that the angle is significantly above the horizon, but it's the reverse of that high angle is pointing-down and low-angle is pointing up.
view position has a lot less ambiguity in its name, since there's not really any mistaking what "view from above" or "view from below" could mean.
